Donald Joseph Qualls better known as the stage title DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. After becoming famous through his performances on Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow he appeared in more 20 feature movies including The Core. In addition, he's appeared in more than 22 series, like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls was able to beat Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He was first diagnosed when he turned 14 years of age. The cancer relapsed two years later. The body of his was greatly damaged by the treatment and development slowed down. After he began performing, financial stability was his aim. He was a victim of the poverty of his youth. I've lived so frugally and for so long, I'm able to have that financial security or my life feels uncontrollable for me when he spoke to an interviewer. The man also talks about his early years to help him stay motivated. The cruelty inflicted on him breaks his heart. The ideal job for DJs is one of a real-life father. He does however admit that directors don't usually cast him for those types of characters. One day he'd like to be a father himself when he would be able to devote more time to his work and more time to his son.
